I’ve been thinking a lot about procrastination and how often we delay important goals waiting for the “right moment.” The truth is, that perfect time rarely comes. Whether it’s starting a fitness routine, learning a new skill, or launching a side project, the idea of “Start Today” really makes a difference.
Even small steps taken today can build momentum and lead to real progress over time. I’ve noticed that when I act immediately instead of overthinking, I achieve more and feel less stressed. Has anyone else experienced this shift in mindset?
